dahlia For H-Chan

A surprise gift for since she said she liked the last chibi i did.... and really her characters are too cute to pass up and not draw....and sorta a new redraw cuz i was flipping through the last art is did for her and decided i didn't like it XD;;

So this is her character Dahlia...Who's really fun to draw...i don't know if she'd actually wear something like this...but its cute?

Anyway...Practice for chibi commissions XD;
